How To Start A Return :
Contact our customer service team by emailing orders@overlandsupplier.ca to start your return.
All returns must have a documented RGA, The RGA number will be sent to you after your request has been submitted and has been approved. Original shipping, return shipping, and handling costs are non-refundable . We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds will be processed after item(s) are returned to the shipping facility and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on the used payment method.
